Administration Denounces 'Democratic Fabrication' as Additional Jeffrey Epstein Photos Released

Democratic lawmakers have made public a new tranche of what they described as "alarming" images from the property of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 photographs—some of which have been previously circulated—plus another 70 unveiled later on Friday represent a small number of the approximately 100,000 images provided to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the actions and ties of Epstein.

The shamed investor died by an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking charges.

Notable Figures in the Photos

Included in the high-profile individuals visible in the opening set are public figures such as movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, creator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump appears in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is pictured with six women, whose faces are obscured.

Administration Response

The White House reacted to the release in a statement, alleging Democrats of purposefully "cherry-picking" the pictures for political purposes and to "seek to establish a false account."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been consistently disproven," a White House spokesperson stated, insisting that "this presidency has achieved more for Epstein's victims than Democrats have ever done by repeatedly calling for disclosure, making public numerous documents of records, and urging further investigations into Epstein's liberal connections."

Panel Member Statement

The photographs were published lacking captions, but per a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's links with the rich and powerful.

"Now is the occasion to end this White House cover-up and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he declared in a comment.

The publication of these documents comes as the oversight committee pressing on with its inquiry into the Epstein matter.
